Send us an enquiry via the contact form on our homepage. Tell us your machine brand, the number of blade sets, and whether you'll be dropping off or need collection.
We open Monday to Saturday from 5:00am — early enough to sort your blades before the job starts. We'll confirm availability and have everything ready before you arrive.
Option A — Drop off in Cairns: Bring your blade sets to us at no extra charge. We'll check them in, note any damage, and give you a return time — most jobs are ready next business day.
Option B — Collection and return: We collect from your yard, depot or job site and return the sharpened set once complete. Flat $20 fee covers both pickup and drop-off. Call to arrange timing.
Every blade is sharpened to the original manufacturer's angle and geometry using professional wet-grinder equipment. We don't just grind until it's sharp — we restore the precise edge profile the machine was designed to run.
Each blade in a set is matched in weight and edge profile before it leaves the shop. Mismatched blade weights cause machine vibration and uneven chip quality — matching them is a critical step most general sharpeners skip.
We also inspect for chips, cracks and warping. If a blade is beyond sharpening, we'll tell you before doing any work. No surprises on pickup.
Your blades are ready for collection, or we return them to you. Most jobs are completed next business day — 1 to 2 days turnaround. Weeks faster than sending to Brisbane.
Payment is due on pickup. We accept cash, bank transfer and most card payments.
